Customer Order Policy
Can I place an order via email, or over the phone?
Yes and no. Orders must be placed via email, in person, or through a Trumade Cabinetry distribution center. Orders cannot be taken over the phone (verbally) or via text.
I just realized that I provided the wrong information while placing the order. What should I do?
Each customer must sign off on all requested documents and ensure that all the provided information is correct. Trumade Cabinetry will not be held responsible for any mistakes made by customer after an order has been approved and signed off. However, if you discover any mistakes or errors before the order is processed or approved, please contact us immediately.
Can I make changes to my order or cancel my order?
Making changes to an existing order can cause unpredictable delays. Therefore, order changes or cancellations are not permitted once an order has been processed. We strongly recommend that you check all the details and ensure everything is correct and to your satisfaction before placing the order.
Will I be given an estimated delivery time window?
Trumade Cabinetry will provide all customers with a specified delivery time frame. A legal representative must be present at the time of delivery.
When and how to report missing items or visible damages?
Any missing items or visible damages must be promptly reported upon delivery and documented on file. Concealed product damages must be reported within 14 business days of delivery. Clients are required to submit photographic evidence of any damage when initiating a claim. To file a warranty claim, please email us at info@trumadecabinetry.com.
Can I reschedule my delivery?
Please note that all voluntary reschedules or delays will incur a storage fee of $35.00 per day. Your order will not be released until all storage fees have been paid in full.
Return and Refund Policy
What's your return policy?
Returns are not permitted for assembled products, installed products, and modified cabinets. Please note the following guidelines for ready-to-assemble cabinet returns:
- All returns of ready-to-assemble cabinets are subject to inspection and approval. To start a return, you can contact us at info@trumadecabinetry.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- Returns of ready-to-assemble cabinets that are considered ‘open box’ after inspection will not be eligible for credit.
- Returns of ready-to-assemble cabinets requested beyond 30 days from product delivery will not be qualified for credit.
- All approved returns of ready-to-assemble cabinets are eligible for credit or a full refund, less a 25% restocking fee.

What's your refund policy?
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not received your refund, please contact us at info@trumadecabinetry.com. Warranty
How long of a warranty does Trumade Cabinetry provide?
Trumade Cabinetry proudly stands by our product and its ability to withstand anything that life throws at it. We offer a 5-Year Limited Warranty on all products and accessories sold to the original purchaser. Some of the things our warranty covers are door frames, drawer fronts, cabinet shelves, rollout trays and boxes. See more details here.
What does the warranty cover?
The 5-Year Limited Warranty covers any product manufactured by Trumade Cabinetry and sold in the United States, as detailed in the Certificate of Warranty, at the time when the customer enters into a contract with Trumade. See more details here.
