Trumade Cabinetry Warranty

Trumade Cabinetry LLC (hereinafter referred to as “Trumade”) provides each Purchaser with a 5-Year Limited Warranty that covers any product manufactured by Trumade and sold in the United States, as detailed in the Certificate of Warranty, at the time when the Purchaser enters into a contract with Trumade. We expressly waive and limit all implied warranties of fitness, habitability, and workmanship under state law, as well as any implied warranties of maintainability or fitness for a specific purpose or use, to the duration of the express warranty. Trumade explicitly disclaims and excludes any liability for consequential damages and/or other types of losses that may arise from or be associated with the residential use of the purchased products. This limited warranty applies exclusively to the Purchaser and will expire upon the conclusion of the specified period indicated in the Certificate of Warranty. It is applicable solely to residential purchasers for their own homes, or to developers, general contractors, sub-contractors, or builders acquiring Trumade products for installation in dwelling units.

Our limited warranty covers the following components: Cabinet Doors, Cabinet Shelves, Cabinet Boxes, Cabinet Accessories, Drawer Glides, Shelving Clips, Drawer Fronts, Door Fronts, Door Frames, Roll Out Trays, Base End Panels. Trumade reserves the right to repair, replace, or make changes to any defective products. However, this limited warranty does not extend to natural color variations in materials, damages incurred during transit or installation, or products that have been altered, neglected, or used for purposes other than their intended function. Purchasers are responsible for all labor costs associated with the transportation or installation of any repaired or replaced items under this warranty. Trumade shall not be held liable for acts of God or any damage resulting from exposure to temperatures below 50°F or above 85°F.

Purchasers acknowledge that doors warped up to a 1/4 inch, panels, and moldings warped up to 2 inches, joint splits on painted wood cabinets, hardware failures, or shrinkage of center panels less than 1/8 inch are not considered defects. Wood naturally expands and contracts, primarily across the grain in response to changes in humidity. Wood may return to its original form after acclimating to the environment. Therefore, Purchasers are advised to wait for a minimum of three (3) months before officially filing a warranty claim. Trumade shall not be held responsible for improper installation or adjustment. We urge you to review our installation and adjustment instructions thoroughly.

Purchasers are further advised that color variances in stained cabinets and uneven surfaces for glazed finishes are common occurrences and are not considered defects. Replacement items may differ in color from the originals supplied.
